Don Kessler, owner and CEO, graduated from Montgomery County Career Technology Center’s Architectural Drafting program in 1979 and has learned the family woodworking business from his father, Donavon L. Kessler. Don and his wife, Christine are residents of Clayton Township. Don is an active member of the MVCTC carpentry program advisory committee and has helped judge the SkillsUSA carpentry contest. He is an active member of the Dayton Home Builders Association and past member of the Board of Directors.

Greg Kessler graduated from Montgomery Country Career Technology Center’s Architectural Drafting program in 1999. Greg has worked with his father, Don, from a very young age and joined the company full-time after graduation in 1999. He currently holds the position of Lead Supervisor for the Cincinnati area and CADD Designer. Greg, his wife, Jennifer and their daughter, Emilie are residents of Turtlecreek Township in Lebanon, Ohio.
